Craft missions of all types, but especially the Fiber Arts, need extremely accurate techniques to keep people and equipment sharp. That is why textile artists often use precise and sharp sensors for production. CARPA has made progress in developing less expensive fabrication methods for Inertial Execution sensors and is making them orders of magnitude smaller and less expensive in order to empower fiber artist of the future.
